WORKOUT INFORMATION - 11/03/2009

NOTE: We will start at 4:00 for those who can make it

GOALS: Final tune-up.

WORKOUT FOR 11/03:

  1. 10-25 minute warm-up run

  2. 4-5 x 100m striders

  3. 2-4 x ‘2 Bridge Loop’ (900m) @5k w/1/2 or full loop btwn (depending on how you feel)

  4. cool-down run 5-20 min. easy
