Directors Elected Positions:
President – Kristen Broderick - kaybeeinnh@yahoo.com Responsible for directing and coordinating the Board of Directors and club meetings and all club activities.
Vice President – Vicki Miller- vickim@xenia.unh.edu Conducts club meetings in the president's absence. Responsibilities include the coordination of interclub events such as the turkey trot. Assists other board members with their duties as necessary.
Treasurer - Rob Robertson - robrobertsoniii@comcast.net Responsible for club finances, including bank account and all financial transactions. Submits annual budget to Board.
Secretary - Maureen Carroll - mdcarroll90@comcast.net Records the minutes of the Board of Directors and club meetings. Supplies Newsletter Editor with copies of minutes when requested. Responsible for annual election.
Female Team Coordinator/Mill Cities – Laurie Gaudreau - lgaudreau@yorkhospital.com Coordinates female racing teams for participation in races including Mill Cities, Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt. Washington, and cross-country series.
Male Team Coordinator- Derek Dorval - ddorval@northreading.mec.edu Coordinates male racing teams for participation in races including Mill Cities, Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt. Washington, and cross-country series.. Acts as the club's liaison with coach.
Overall-Race Coordinator- John Gangemi - jgangemi@hotmail.com Works as the focal point of all road races put on by the club. Acts as a resource person for all race directors and handles all inquiries for WCRC involvement in races not designated as club races.
Uniform and Equipment Coordinator - Dave LaBrode- ickylabrode@verizon.net Responsible for purchasing and distributing WCRC running apparel. Maintains and updates equipment for road races and keeps locker rooms in great condition.
Grand Prix Race Director – Dale Eckert - dalesx2@comcast.net Coordinates Grand Prix series and tabulates results.
Entertainment Director - Ted Jones - ted-allie@comcast.net Coordinates regular club social events including the Christmas party and Mt. Washington picnic. Plans special club events (harbor cruise, etc.).
Community & Public Relations Liason - Chris Kealey - chris.kealey@thermo.com Coordinates promotion of club races, activities, and charitable donations in the local press. Handles relationship with River Rival T/F and XC coaches, as well as any other public officials and newspapers.
Mailing Czar - Byron Petrakis -byronpetrakis@yahoo.com Coordinates club mailings of race applications (and occasional printed copies of the Runners Rag) as scheduled by the WCRC Board.

Newsletter Editor – Myles Wilson - MWILSON@CABOTSTAIN.COM Writes stories for the club newsletter. Coordinates activities of club reporters, gathers and edits articles for the newsletter.
Web Master/E-Publicity - Tom Miller - tom.miller@unh.edu Designs and maintains club's website. Coordinates club publicity via the internet .
New Members - Bob Randall – runbob@metrocast.net Responsible for the recruitment of new members and promoting participation in club races. Responsible for keeping the newsletter and mailing list current. Promotes club races
Youth and Track Coordinator - Mike McCormick- stellamccormick@comcast.net Organizes Hershey Track Program (and other youth running events) and Club Coaching.
