The Winner: Toys for TotsSanta’s Toy Trot, held in Merrimac on December 14th, was termed "a great success by race founder and director Bob Randall. 300 Runners donated over $4000 in toys to the U. S. Marines "Toys For Tots" program. This race features a two-mile course, which can be run once, twice or three times at the whim of the participant. Many aren’t even sure when they enter which race they will finish! Great concept! Top finishers at 2 Miles were Tom Roldan, Kara & Dick Molloy & Sue Passler. 4 Milers Craig Fram, Lou Ristaino, Allie McGuinness & Donna Butler. And at 6 miles, Mike Drummy, Leo Clarke, Cheryl Buckley & Deb Farmer. A special thank you to the Merrimac Savings Bank for sponsoring for the third year.
