GOALS: Final tune-up for races.
SITE: Behind arts center, northeast corner.
WORKOUT FOR 10/27:
10-25 minute warm-up run
4x 100m striders
Those racing this weekend:
2x800 @ 5k w/400 between, 4x400 @ 5k w/400 between
½ marathoners:
3-4x1000 @ tempo w/600 between
cool-down run 5-20 min. easy
NOTE: We will try to start at 5 with the fading light - meet at back of parking lot as usual (and even if lot is full).
