WORKOUT FOR 11/03:
10-25 minute warm-up run
4-5 x 100m striders
2-4 x ‘2 Bridge Loop’ (900m) @5k w/1/2 or full loop btwn (depending on how you feel)
cool-down run 5-20 min. easy
